I've been on a Steampunk kick lately, so this is just a quick idea I had that I decided to jot down. I just kinda had an idea for the character design, but the wings kinda blow. =/
I won't be making a fancy Cg version of this, but I might be making a character design out of it for a comic idea I have, so if you have comments/suggestions/crit on the design that would be much appreciated.
